Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order by contacting our Customer Service team at cs@pickyegg.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests received after this time; however, please be aware that order processing and preparation for shipment begin promptly, and in most cases, we will be unable to cancel orders after the 1-hour window has elapsed.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item you have received, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

1. Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service team. Please contact us to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization.

2. Conditions for Return
Returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Opened/Used Products (Change of Mind): Our site is designed for customers who have experienced the product. If you have opened and used a skincare, makeup, or perfume item, we regret that we cannot accept it for return unless it is defective.

  • Unopened/Unused Products (Wrong Item Ordered): If you ordered the wrong product, you may return it for a full refund of the product’s price, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. In this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Defective Items or Our Error: If you received a defective item or an incorrect item due to our error, we will happily refund the full cost, including original shipping charges, and cover the cost of return postage.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Fragrances cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to strict international aviation safety regulations. Please check your fragrance order carefully upon receipt.

4. Return Shipping Instructions
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please include the following inside your return package:

  • A copy of your delivery note or your order number.

  • The Return Authorization number (provided by Customer Service).

  • The reason for the return.

We strongly recommend that you:

  • Pack the items securely to prevent damage in transit.

  • Use a registered or insured shipping service with tracking to allow for parcel tracing.

Refunds

  • Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

  • Refund Amount:

    • For returns due to customer error (e.g., wrong size/color ordered), the refund will be for the product price only. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • For returns due to our error or a defective product, you will receive a full refund, including all shipping costs.

    • No-show / Failed Delivery: We will not refund the original or return shipping costs for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or the recipient’s unavailability on the delivery date.

  • Shipping Cost Refund Method: Please note that while product refunds are issued to your original payment method, refunds for shipping charges will typically be issued as store credit for your next purchase, unless the return was due to our error.
